About New Home Alert
New Home Alert is Ottawa-Gatineau’s premier search engine for new homes only! It’s designed to bring together every local builder, every development and every model into one powerful search engine so you can make the best choice.
Launched in 2008, New Home Alert features more than 75 builders, their developments and models. Over the past few years, our inventory of new homes has grown to include those of small, mid-size and bigger builders. We create a positive new home shopping experience by providing home buyers relevant, up-to-date and engaging content.
With promotional opportunities within our platform, New Home Alert also strives to help local businesses feature their products and services in a creative and engaging new form of media: videos blogs and social media releases.
At New Home Alert, it is our desire to become Ottawa’s most forward thinking and reliable source of information for home buyers that sets us apart. We hope you enjoy your time with us. Your feedback is always welcome.
Happy house hunting!
